Booking Policy

  • In order for a booking to be completed, 30% of the total amount must be prepaid. The money can be transferred to a bank account and you must inform us about your deposit.
  • The down payment must be at least the equivalent of one night’s stay.

Booking Cancellation Policy

  • Your down payment will be refunded if you cancel your booking at least 21 days before your scheduled arrival (any additional bank expenses are paid by the client).
  • If you cancel less than 20 days before your scheduled arrival, your down payment will not be refunded.

Client Obligations

  • The rest of the payment is due during your stay.
  • In case of departure before the scheduled day, 50% of the remaining days must be paid according to the law.
  • Check in: 15:00, Check out: 11:00
  • Cooking seafood in the hotel is prohibited.

  • Reception open 16 hours and 24 hours via telephone.
  • Baby equipment available.
  • Iron and ironing board available.
  • Wake-up service.
  • Breakfast served in the rooms.
  • Breakfast available for more than 3 hours.
  • Room service available for 12 hours.
  • Towel change upon request.

Pool Regulations

  1. Operating Period: May – October
  2. Operating Hours: 09:00 – 19:30
  3. Entrance Fee: For visitors who are not staying at the hotel, including friends of hotel guests, a special entrance fee applies.
  4. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours: 14:00 – 17:30
  5. Outside Food & Drinks: Consumption of food and beverages that are not purchased from the hotel is not permitted.
  6. Shower Before Use: Please use the showers before entering the pool.
  7. Proper Swimwear Required: The pool may only be used while wearing appropriate swimwear. Swimming with clothes or shoes is not permitted.
  8. Children Supervision: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent in and around the pool area.
  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
  10. Pool Safety Rules: Running, pushing, diving, or playing with balls in the pool area is not allowed.
  11. After Meals or Alcohol: Please wait 3 hours after eating or consuming alcohol before entering the pool.
  12. Swimming Ability: Entry to the pool is not permitted for guests who do not know how to swim.
  13. Health Restrictions: Guests with open wounds, epilepsy, contagious diseases, or infections are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
